From Interstate 87 (“Northway”)

• Take exit 28

• Go straight at the light onto Rt. 74, following signs for Paradox Lake and Ticonderoga. Continue on Rt. 74 approximately 6 miles.

• At bottom of the hill (look for the SunderLand sign on your left), turn left onto Letsonville Road.

• Take the first left onto Fraternal Land Road (also known as “Lake Shore Road”) and look for another SunderLand sign at this corner.

• SunderLand Lakeside Cottages is on the left approximately 1.2 miles on Fraternal Land Rd. (It is the first time the lake becomes visible on this road. The first cabin you will see is Edgewood, on the right.)  

• After a hairpin turn in the road, the SunderLand sign is on the left.  

• Park off the road on the right side.

 

From Vermont and Points East

• Follow GPS to Ticonderoga, NY

• Follow RT. 74 from Ticonderoga, 8 miles to Eagle Lake

• After passing Eagle Lake, in about 2 miles, notice 2 stone pillars on the roadside

• Pass a parking area on the right

• Turn right shortly after Paradox sign; this will be Paradox Rd.

• See the last two directions above: turn on Fraternaland Rd, etc.
